BOOKING AND USAGE POLICIES

BY BOOKING WITH HALO CREATIVE STUDIO, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE POLICIES BELOW

Note: Kindly communicate this policy with the rest of your personnel/team/photographers/clients. You will be held responsible for any breach on this policy by any of your team. HCS management reserves the right to remove from the studio any individual and the rest of his team who violates the studio rules.

Booking Process

⦁ All bookings must be made through our official booking platform and by contacting us directly

⦁ A 100% full payment (including caution fee) is required at the time of booking to secure reservation.

⦁ Each session requires a minimum booking duration of one hour.

⦁ Only digital payments into Studio account is allowed

⦁ All booking after 5:00pm attracts an additional N10,000 per hour. Booking beyond 7:00pm is not allowed.

⦁ You are welcome to arrive 15min early to allow for set up and change of outfits.

⦁ Rental time includes make up (we advice the subject does make up before showing up at the studio), set up and breakdown times.

Caution Fee

⦁ A refundable security/caution/cleaning/damage fee of N15,000 is required for all bookings. This fee will be refunded on or before the next business day if the studio is left in the same condition it was found i.e no missing items, no damages.

⦁ The person booking the space is responsible for any damages/stains by him/her/guests. In the case of any damages that will cost more than the caution fee, the client will be asked to pay for it while in the studio, NOT after you have left.

Client Cancellation And Studio Cancellation:

⦁ Bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling to an available date within 48hrs is permitted.

⦁ In unforeseen circumstances necessitating a studio cancellation (within the permitted 48hrs time period), we will promptly reschedule the session at the clients earliest convenience and available time slots.

⦁ Confirmed dates for rescheduled booking are confined to one month from initial booking.

⦁ If you need to extend your time, please let us know at least 30 min before the end of your session. You can only extend if there are no other booking after yours for same space.

Lateness

⦁ Clients must adhere to their booked time slots. While we understand that emergencies happen, please note that booked time slot begins counting regardless of whether you are present or not and additional time will have to be paid for.

Extras

⦁ Note that your payment does not cover for the bonus extras so we are not obligated to make them available. They are only available if no client has booked them within same time slot and they are in good functional order.

STUDIO USAGE

Conducts

⦁ No indecent dressing allowed. As part of our commitment to maintaining a family -friendly environment, we kindly ask our visitors to dress appropriately and respectfully during their time with us.

⦁ While we permit kids within our studio, please note that it is not a children's playground therefore they should be properly guarded by their parents or guardians.

⦁ Renter assumes responsibility for himself/herself and any individuals who enter the studio space during the renter's designated time

⦁ Smoking or pornographic content are strictly prohibited. A N20,000 fine will be charged if caught.

⦁ No alcohiolic beverages or drugs(non-prescription or illegal) permitted in the studio; a N20,000 fine will be charged

⦁ Music is to be kept at reasonable levels (The studio is not sound proof) and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. 

⦁ No fights allowed within the studio. We discourage such and if you must, take it elsewhere.

House Keeping

⦁ Clients must leave the studio as neat as it was met

⦁ Properly dust off your shoes before stepping into the studio and again before stepping on the rug areas.

⦁ Kindly ask the studio staff for permission and assistance before moving any studio property. Do same when unsure of how to operate/use studio equipment.

⦁ Equipments, furniture and props must be moved back to their original places after booked sessions

⦁ Do not lean or place hands on the studio internal walls to prevent wall stains and accidents.

⦁ The bin must be used for trash

Guest limits:

⦁ The studio can only accommodate at most three groups  consisting of 5 people each, keep your team to a maximum of five persons including the photography or videography team (Note that if your team is more than five you will be asked to pay for any additional persons) .  Our waiting area is meant for paid customers only. You will not be allowed to host any guest at our reception while your session is ongoing except you pay for his/her presence as long as you have not exceeded the limit of five persons. 

⦁ Anyone aged 12 and above is countyed as one full person under our guest limit policy.

⦁ One kid under 12 years of age can join at no extra charge. Two kids under 12 count as one full guest.

⦁ In case of exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the space, your booking will be terminated immediately with no refunds.

Personal belongings: 

⦁ Belongings brought to our studio are at the owner's risk.

⦁ Please endevour to get your belongings together 15min before booking ends. Any extra time spent after booking time elapses attracts extra cost.

⦁ Photographers are to register any gear (speedlight, softbox, tripod etc) they bring into our studio at the reception.

⦁ Please ensure to take away all belongings when leaving.
